The nonpartisan Congressional Budget Office (CBO) published that Obama’s proposed budget for 2013 would depress job growth and reduce economic output by 0.5% to 2.5% over the next 5 years.  We only have 1.4% growth in 2012 and need 6% to put our people back to work.  The key positive item for job growth in Obama’s budget is not cancelling the Bush Middle Class tax cuts as Obama originally said he would do in 2013.  Imposing those taxes would depress growth by 1.4%.  The White House claims his budget will reduce deficits by $3.2 Trillion but the CBO study says it will increase deficits by $3.5 Trillion.  Isn’t it time President Obama stops misleading the public and start accepting that we even have a problem?  http://thehill.com/blogs/on-the-money/budget/222767-cbo-sees-obama-budget-reducing-growth-in-long-term
